Please read through our terms carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only once proof of payment has been received.

• You have 24 hours from the time you receive your order total to make payment. After this, items will no longer be reserved.

• Use your order number as your payment reference to avoid delays.

 

2. Shipping & Collection

• Courier options: (these are charged as additional)

• Pudo to Locker: R69

• Pudo to Door: R109

• Paxi to nearest PEP: R60

• Collection: Blairgowrie, Randburg (on select days only – address shared after payment).

• Shipping is done within 2–4 working days after payment is received.

• You’ll receive tracking info once your parcel has been dispatched.

• We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has left our hands.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our small-batch items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send us photos within 48 hours, and we’ll happily assist.

 

4. Sizing & Product Info

• Please refer to the size guide in our catalog before ordering.

• Our pieces are handmade, so slight variations in colour, size, or stitching may occur — we believe this adds to their charm.

• Feel free to message us with questions before ordering - we’re always happy to help!

 

5. Personalisation

• If you’ve shared your child’s name with us, we may use it for personal touches (e.g., notes in your parcel).

• We will never share your personal info outside of BB.

 

6. Stock & Pre-orders

• Limited quantities are available due to our small-batch nature.

• If pre-orders open for a style, estimated dispatch times will be clearly communicated.
